Does it really respond to every review automatically?
Yes. Every new Google review triggers an AI-generated response on the delay you set per location — immediate, 1, 2, 4, 8, or 24 hours. Preview and override any response from the dashboard before it goes live.
Will the responses sound robotic or generic?
No. During setup you define your brand voice, tone, and any phrases to use or avoid. Every response is generated fresh from that profile — no templates, no copy-paste.
What if I get a fake or unfair review?
LocalPilot flags reviews that look suspicious or contentious so you can handle them manually. It won't auto-respond to anything that looks like it needs human judgment.
How does the review solicitation work?
You send customers a short link via text, email, or the kiosk. Happy customers (threshold is configurable) are directed to Google. Unhappy ones are captured privately so you can follow up before it ever goes public. Every routing rule adjusts per client.
What happens if my Google connection breaks?
LocalPilot monitors your connection continuously. If your Google authorization expires, you get an immediate alert with a one-click reconnect link — responses never silently fail.
